The Bing Crosby Estate in Toluca Lake (Los Angeles) is on the market for $10 million. The original 20-room house was destroyed in a fire in January 1943. The rebuilt 7,132 square-foot Southern Colonial has six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and five fireplaces. The house boasts a living room with marble fireplace, a den with a wet bar, and a billiards room.

The property's two acres of grounds come with an Olympic-sized swimming pool, two and a half bath cabana - complete with changing rooms, sitting area and kitchen, a tennis court with grandstands, a guest house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as rose bushes and fruit trees.
